If you are new to DentaQuest please note that you will need your subscriber ID before you can register online. You will receive the ID on your invoice through the mail within 7 business days.

DCPG Individual Members:

You have until April 30th, 2021 to pay your invoice in full, regardless of the due date of the invoice you received in the mail.

Additionally, your invoice reflects two months of premium billing, as you were not billed in January during the migration to the enhanced member portal. Your contracted rates have not changed.
